    Hi

I'm trying to make a bathroom sink model for a friend. I pretty much have the shape of it but my friend wants it to be from slices of wood so I would have to make segments on the model. The idea is that he would cut out the shape from wood based on side shots from equal distances of the model. So my question is how can I "slice up" my model to still have a contour?

I'm not sure if I'm describing what I want to do understandably, if not feel free to ask.
    Thanks

      Hi Seppe,

Have a look at TIG's "Slicer.rb" plugin; "Slice' up a volume - useful in real-model making." (sounds like something that could do the job, I guess). Download it from here .
