I know that animation is not necessarily the most popular thing when dealing with SU, but does anyone know of any resources for free music or even purchasable music to incorporate into animations/presentations? I have been looking but havent really been able to come up with too much. Any help is greatly appreciated and if I find anything, I will gladly share with everyone.

What kind of mood do you want to convey? "Music for animation" is somewhat ambiguous. Architectural fly-through?

Its fairly vague, because we do not have the project yet and I dont know what the clients are looking for, but I am assuming it wont be too "in your face". It is for an interior walk through of a sort of office space. Im just trying to find resources for any type of free or licensed music that can be purchased at a reasonable price.

Moby has a site where he posts open source music that he has created, some really good stuff. A small fee to use the music commercially but all profits go the humane society.

This is a good open source music site too, mostly free to do what you want with. But read the individual notes about what the musicians will or won't let you do with their work, not all of it is licensed under creative commons.

awesome guys. Thank you...very much appreciated. They all seem to be very good resources and its great that they all seem to have minimal fees.
