[Question] Animation - walking people

Hi to all,
I have tried searching online for hours regarding adding of humans into sketchup to create animations such as the one shown on this link
( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RsUtYbzczbY )But so far, I came up with nothing. I am not sure if its to do with plugins or dynamic components, I am quite new to sketchup so those terms are pretty much a stranger to me.
Would appreciate if anyone could kindly enlighten me on how the above video showing basic humans walking in created spaces can be done.

The simple answer is it can't be done in sketchup.
If you want to do something like this youd be much better of looking at a proper animation package like 3ds max or maya.
