Hi Chris,
May be you had a look in our discussion about road construction on a Sketchup Terrain. After studying some brochures about civil engineering with CAD i thought about a theoratical way to do this in Sketchup.

I hope that the description of the steps are understandable.
Do you think it would be possible to develop a ruby script which can do the described projections.

Hi Karl, I'l take a look at it. I'm not terribly optimistic about making it though. I've got a long list of rubies to make/fix already. But I'll check it out, thanks for the heads up!
