    hello everybody!
I have searched far and wide on the forum but, strangely, I have not found anything.
    the question is this:
How can I adapt, automatically, with a ruby, a material in its base a series of faces, all rectangular ...
Something similar would be very useful to map the trees do not have maps or not have the correct, you could select some faces representing foliage and assign them a particular texture.
ESSENTIALLY A PROCEDURE WHICH FUNCTIONS AS THE UV-SPHERICAL MAPPING AND / OR CYLINDRICAL BUT RELATIVELY CUBES AND A Blocks ...
It might be useful in many cases, not only for plants but in essence every time you want to adapt the material (in its basic dimension) to one or more 'rectangles and, because no, parallelepipeds parallelepipeds that they are real or Gizmo or groups of components !

If I understand this correct; you want a texture to tile exactly once across a selection of face in various sizes?
