    Hey All.

Been running Sketchup on Fedora 8 using Wine 1.1.9. and the non-open NVIDIA drivers. The app seems to work really well and it feels faster than running in XP/VISTA. There are a few bugs here and there but I just grin and bear it for the opportunity to run Linux. I use Fedora 8 becuase it's the last one with KDE 3.5.as I don't like the current KDE4x implementation. I know Kubuntu will support KDE 3.5, but have been faithfull to RH for almost 10 years and can't/won't jump the fence to Ubuntu.

My Question is to all you Linux Sketchup'ers.

Have you experienced problems with the Ruby scripts? Most seem to work but I have an issue with Bezierspline.rb. Sometimes it runs without issue and other times the app abends and gives me a BugSplat with no info. The same script runs fine on VISTA.

Tried Fedora 10 on a separate machine and loaded SU with multiple wine versions (1.1.15 and 1.1.18). No luck at all even getting the basic SU to run. This time it's an OPENGL issue and a BUG has been submitted with winedb.

    Any ideas, suggestions?

Coen what wine settings did you use to get SU to run?
