      Hi Guys,

Looks like there is now a decent electric car available in the UK.

      Introducing the Citroen C1 ev'ie http://www.theelectriccarcorporation.co.uk/evie.php

      Top speed
      Range (in normal driving conditions)
Charging from domestic 13 amp socket overnight
      60 mph
      60- 75 miles
      6 hours

Fuel costs equivalent of 300 miles per gallon!

      Price $25,100, Ouch!

      Here is a review,

At least that car looks like a real car...have a look at this Ill Conceived Abomination

the pea pod by Chrysler...no wonder the company is going bankrupt. Would any body in thier right mind want to drive around in a goof car like that. It must be intentional to demean the electric car or make it look so silly that there is a backlash against going electric.

The only expression that comes to mind is

"wipe that silly smile off your face...or I'll wipe it off for you"

What genius decided to give it a smiley face the company should check his or her id because I think someone let in a 4 year old to the design department.

This electric car company has a neat approach by eliminating weight and making it a motorcycle classification...not sure the US crowd is going to jump at this one either:

Me thinks the smile is for the tax payers that have given billions of dollars to keep this brick of a company floating.
