When i used "GENERATE REPORT" is no good!

In SU,when i generated a "*.csv" file with "GENERATE REPORT" is bad,i want choose which is need or no need form DC to EXCEL.
But i don't know... , How can i do ?and other language(chinese) come to EXCEL all is bad! why???
