Did Google crash world wide, or is it just being blocked on campus where I am? I can't get to any google address, and their ads are broken too (not all that bad).

Hmm, its still not working for me, but pretty much every other site is.

Ooh, nice website.
It was definitaely just me (well, the entire building). Google and Yahoo were blocked. Then after a couple of hours, all internet access was dead.
