They offer a free version. I have no idea how capable that edition is though.

This WireFusion things looks pretty good (and works with Java that's installed on most computers) although not very easy to get it to work with 3D models.
There are other possibilities as well like Hypercosm (with a free version as well - also needs a player plugin for the browser) or RenderPlus 3D PDF exporter (with a free trial version).
The "real" or "native" SU Viewer won't work online.
