Just sayin'

I had a meeting with a client and hadn't got too far on the design of a breezeway structure, beyond the last meeting. I worked for a long time on refining the framing plan but I knew it wasn't going to be much to show the client, regardless of how much the work had informed the design--especially for this sort of structure. In the last couple hours before the meeting I did a SU Model and it was only a portion, and all I had to do was show that on the laptop. He got excited, the conversation got going, and we covered everything we needed to. Saved me.
I won't even post the model. I'm not that experienced. it was so simple, but 3d does the trick!

Yes, for some clients interactive 3D is like a dark art or something like that, they're just amazed when they see something orbiting.
