Template linked to plugin folder(s)

Dear GoogleTeam,
There are so many plugins that it is hard to keep track of them all, and not all saved and installed plugins are needed each time Sketchup is opened (it depends on what one is drawing) . One solution to the problem might be to have templates linked to plugin folders. For example, one could have an Engineering Template linked to Plugins_Eng, a Woodworking Template linked to Plugins_wood etc. Version 7 launches with a startup dialogue box. What better place to locate the option.
