Help!! this problem has probably been discussed, but i cant find it.
I am getting just a blank white board, no models, nothing can be drawn or even if i download models, nothing can be seen.
All my tools are all on the sides and the top ok, but when i click a pencil or a rectangle to draw, i do get the icons to follow me on the board to draw but nothing comes up.
My version is the freebie, version 7.0.8657.....
Please anyone, help me.....u can even email or call me...thanks 😞

Have you tried it on a clean, new file?

Go to File > New to start a new file and try the tools. If they work, then it's a more specific problem, and we would need at least a screenshot to see what's going on and help you.

And don't forget to watch the videos.

Have you been playing with Window > Preferences > OpenGL?

If that's not the case, I give up.

Check your display options. You may not have edges selected or something else preventing you from actually seeing what you're drawing.

do you see the axis and origin?
                  try >camera>zoom extents

Definitely try to play around the OpenGL settings under Window (SketchUp on Mac) > Preferences. This sounds to be a video card/driver issue and I suspect that turning off hardware acceleration would prove it.
