Help (dynamic window)

Hey guys, I'm having a hard time creating a dynamic window...
Basically, what I want to do is a basic window that I can adjust its size (without stretching the fame) and have evenly spaced the mullions. (I don't need the window to open up)
could someone find me to a tutorial or a previous thread that deals with this issue? I haven't had any luck finding anything

But Google has purposely hidden their pdf document of the SketchUp user guide. I know its online somewere, but I can never ever ever find it. So start with those links, and see if you can find a picket fence tutorial in there. But most any of the tutorials in there will help.

Windowizer 3 seems like cool plugin (just download it), but not exactly what I'm looking for.
