Triangluar Line removal?

Is there a Ruby that's capable of scouring an object and remove excess lines that are on the same surface ?
The attached pic shows what I mean.

Doesn't "Window > Soften edges > Soften coplaner" work for you?

so all "D.B Tools" must be enter inside the box and research will be perfect
