Fantastic water textures, looks like a Maxwell render, although I could be wrong.
I have only one crit, the roof caustics IMO don't work.

Mental ray, according to the link. Agree on the caustics as well.
Overall a rather top quality piece of work though.

Oh yeah, it's an awesome render, way better than anything I am able to do, I just noticed the caustics instantly which was distracting.
