very good job of rendering and modeling, do you 2 questions:
the cars are models of sketchup, ever ... or made in photoshop?
        environment is made in photoshop?

          Hey Jacques, great work.
I agree with Pbacot, the amount of people ambling around is a bit distracting but if you consider that that is the only real neg crit, then kudo's to you bru.
BTW, I doubt you'd find that many people working at the same time in Cape Town πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜†
How about some info into your archviz process with Sketchup & Vray, if you don't mind?

hoesit boet! i think theres nothing wrong with ur people they are well inserted, there could even be a touch more, i can see some out of scale beach sand in the backdrop, i would drop it a bit so theres only a green belt, and match the contrast of the background to that of the render, the smaller birds are ok but the bigger ones give the image away, and as always 2 point perspective πŸ˜›

but i like em, good job!

ps the building could be a bit warmer in colour considering the type of pre-sunset image u have in the background.

              Hey bru,

I like it a lot, If I remember MTN from 12 years ago I'd say all the folks are there to complain about bad service.
What catches my eye is the atmosphere, it's bright and shiny, just like it is in Capetown (on sunny days) and the building looks almost like to one in Linksfield (JHB) so it's consistant with the other regional offices.
I am surprised that they acquired beach front property for this location, I thought that the Capetown municipality was reserving all that land for tourism (but then again pockets are deep)

I have never been a fan of 2D people or photo backrounds so I will not coment on that however the Albetros's are a great inclusion.
I realy do like it and am very sure the clients will be blown away.

                hi jacques,

my only point would about the bottom picture: there is a noticeable repetition of the background. perhaps a few more foreground trees would help disguise it. other than that, great work.

Glad to see more of your work..πŸ˜›

Think It looks good.... The people are looking fine to me. It sure has that Vray look to it. Did you use your own render settings...?

Must have bin a lot of PS work.. I think a job well done.

I like it a lot, SS. At least there's a lot to consider in this building. Only thought for now: I am not sure what standing on the balcony would feel like, tucked up under that roof. Perhaps the top floor or the overhang has skylights?

In regards to the image, so many people are coming and going. I've tried to think of what sort of building would be so busy in the front. The types that come to mind are colleges and courthouses, not necessarily office buildings.

Thanks for posting. Looking forward to more.
