I extrude the walls and made Component but when I look the floors there is no floor covering there.
On the second picture, there is a section and floor covering.

        Hi Semih,

Sorry but I don'tunderstand the problem. In both images I can see a face that is, I think, the floor (true that it doesn't have thickness like the wall).

          Thank you for your answer.

Just think about floor. Look at second picture. The walls is 20 cm , but floor is just line. ?
          Floor must be 20 cm.

Where did I wrong while I was drawing ?

Okay, in this case it's what I also mentioned. I think you should have given your floor a thickness by first PushPulling the whole starting face to 20 cm, THEN offsetting (or drawing) the wall thickness and only then PushPulling the walls.

You can still give the floor some thickness by using the PushPull tool combined with the Ctrl key.Press Ctrl (and keep pressed) and PushPull your floor to a thickness. You may need to correctly re-orient the resulting faces.
