More kitchens
-
After getting the kitchen bug from redesigning my dads kitchen, I have done 3 more. They were rendered in Podium with the image opened in Paint.net (I can't get photoshop to install on my Vista machine, grr) and the oil paint filter applied. Then I overlaid the sketchy pencil linework. I'm quite pleased with the results.

Really nice stuff kevin, there is something very relaxing and easy on the eye about your renders.

Have you tried the Run as Administrator trick? That worked for me with PS.

Hi Kevin,
Nice model, and I like also the mood of the render pictures, they look really professional, like a kitchen fit out company.

Kevin,
There is a really nice feel to these renders. A few things that stand out would be in the last render the doors look too sketchy (due to style) but I think part of that is the angle as which it rendered. The sink in the last one should come out past the cabinets a bit more. We have the same style sink in our kitchen and it comes out past the cabinets about 3/4"-1". It looks like your is almost flush with the front face of the cabinets. Other than that these are really nice. A great combination of styles.

That kitchen was downloaded from FF and the sink was abit further forward but I moved it back cos I thought it looked better. Guess I should've left it where it was

These look great, Kevin. Your clients should be pleased.

I don't have any clients yet, Daniel. These are to add to my portfolio to help me find some clients. If you know of any clients aimlessly wandering about, please point them in my direction
