Mouse/Pencil Bug

Has anyone had this issue with the pencil, where the location of the cursor doesn't line up with the pencil tool? I thought this was because of the mouse i had, so i went and bought a new laser mouse, and it hasn't made a difference, anyone know how to fix this?

This seems to be some video card / driver related thing. Can you try to disable hardware acceleration at Window > Preferences > OpenGL settings?
If it "seems" to fix the issue, you should make sure that your card is fully OpenGL compliant and has the latest driver.
What video card do you actually have?
