      Hi
      Trying to draw some handrails and its time consuming both moving and especially rotating cylinders in 3 dimensions. Is there a way to draw the handrails as lines and then convert them to cylinders at the end please?

        Hi Richard (and welcome)

        Well, James beat me but still here is my post

        After you draw your lines, use them as a path for the Follow me tool but make sure that the circle youextrude along this path is perpendicular to it.

        Ultimately, if you want to draw many things like this, you will find the TubeAlongPath.rb plugin by TIG very useful - download it from here:
