Windowizer+irregular shapes,curves and soapskin

I'm having a bit of a problem im trying to model a skyscaper which has many irrgular shapes and curves, I tried windowizer which really didn't work, and I wanted to know if there was any other tool or method of adding windows to a skyscraper when it has curves, and many different shapes.

I believe what you need is 'Tools on surface' (TOS) plugin.
