Hi guys Im new to Sketch Up and the community. Hi all.

Im working on my university project at the moment. Rendering with Podium. I have a shining problem, I wonder if anyone has any idea why this has happened? Thanks, Will.

Just looking at the pic, id guess youve added a bit too much reflection to that face. If you open the podium window, select the face and take a bit of reflection of that should help. Alternatively, if you change the camera angle a bit you could probably lessen the effect a bit.

If none of that works could you post up the bit of the model that is causing the problem?

            Cool model...
My guess is SU solar orientation. You can change this in Window/Model Info along with the Country/Location that is set at default Colorado. You might also try changing the BG to a darker neutral gray color. There are Podium issues with the background going blue at certain time of day shadow settings.
There is info about this on the Podium forum? They are very helpful.

I would not use sky with camera view like that. It would be better using background colour.
To avoid bright spot like that try to move the origin.
