Is SU trying to connect you to the WareHouse? Are you connected to the internet?

It is probably your firewall stopping SU from connecting to the internet. I had the same problem.

its ONLY su7 why?

SU 7 communicates differently with the web. It interactively uses the WareHouse or gives credits when you are logged in.

so how do i get in?

It's very hard to say anything from here, not knowing what security settings (firewall, whatever) you may have.
In any case, I move this topic to the bug reports, maybe a GSU Team member will be able to say more.

Well, it asks for username but accually its E-mail.
how i fugured it out is i entered my username Xed it out then when i went back in it showed Myusername@g mail.com so i fixed it
btw there is a space so it doesnt link. i dont think that is a real adress. -
You have to use the email address you created your WH account with. Like with every Google service,the "login name" is always the email address.
It's a different issue that SU will recognise your WH "nickname" and when you claim credit for a model, it will automatically write that.
