here is the tip's:

copy the embeded link; it's should look like :

click on "Flash" TAB

[flash=][/flash]

copy only the video link :

http://www.youtube.com/v/QJYTU-uYwgM&hl=en&fs=1

the code is almost ended with "=en&fs=1"

so it look like

[flash=width,heigh]http://www.youtube.com/v/QJYTU-uYwgM&hl=en&fs=1[/flash]

[flash=600,400]http://www.youtube.com/v/QJYTU-uYwgM&hl=en&fs=1[/flash]

remember, put all code without spaces or it's not work properly.
