Follow me rotate?

I am desperately searching for the follow me rotate plug-in. I keep ending up http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/viewtopic.php?f=180&t=13014&start=0&st=0&sk=t&sd=a <---here. and I still haven't found the download file.
Would someone please help me out?

Go to the link you provided and the eighth post has a .rar, download and unrar it.
That's the right plugin you need.

Do i need any special software to "unrar" it? I have downloaded it, but I am unfamiliar with .rar
I actually downloaded it a while back but was under the impression that I could just drop it in the plug-ins folder.... If you have already gone through this a million times with other geniuses, maybe you could just point me to a prior post.

Hey there Skaught. .rar is a compression file much like a .zip file.
You can get 7zip here which is an open source program that will open an .rar file.

works like magic. Thank you both very much. I can tell it's going to take a little while to be able to use it effectively, but I can already do some things that I couldn't do before. So, thanks again. I will make an effort to contribute time as well.
