      Hi all,

I am building a model with quite a few imported JPG's. They have all worked fine except for the last one. For some reason the image is importing showing only blues and greens. The JPG looks fine when in Photoshop but for some reason changes in SU. Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas??

      Thanks in advance,

      Sadz

        Hi Sadz,

Are you by any chance on PC and trying to import an image which was processed on Mac?

If so, in PS, try to delete every EXIF data from the image, save and reload in SU.

Well, I know there is such a bug but I don't use PhotoShop so I don't know where and how to handle it there.
I would suppose that there is some kind of file info or such under the file or maybe the image menus.

Another thing to check is that the image is saved using the RGB colour space. The PC version of SU does not support the CMYK space. You don't lose anything when saving from CMYK to RGB, as the RGB space has a larger colour gamut. CMYK is meant for printing with traditional printing presses.
