when i download from 3D warehouse , i always have to downsize model and position .
what do i need to get the model to go to the desired position and be the correct size ?

Note however that most models in the WH are (or rather at least "supposed to be") real life (1:1) scale. So if you keep having scale issues, make sure that your scale is correct (1:1) and you are not working in smaller or bigger than real life.
