      Hello Everyone,

I've registered just so I can see if anyone can help me. I've scoured the net and this forum for a script that closes gaps between lines that were left from being imported from AutoCad. I've seen this tool somewhere. Can anyone help?

      Thanks,

      Yiu

The Close Opens script at Smustard will do what you want.

Is there anything that is free to share? My employer would not pay $20 for this.

As far as i know there isnt any other scripts that can do this.

Id suggest wasting a few hours cleaning up autocad imports and see if your boss will buy it then.

As remus said, put it into perspective to your employer. It takes way much more time for you to do it manually. $20 is nothing. SketchUp Pro is cheap compared to AutoCAD.
