so I gave up on the pool table for the mean time and decided to go with a simple poker table....I have my table top together now just need help putting in the holes for cup holders...the circles seen are not sketchup circles but copied acad objects which in turn turns them into many line segments... How would I go about drawing holes in the table at these locations?? Picture only shows half of table due to size limits for attachments

      Thank you

By the looks of it you'll want to draw some cylinder for each hole, then move it in to place so it's intersecting with the table, then select both the table and cylinder->right click->intersect->with selected. Youll need to clean it up after that, but it should give you the right shape.
