Problem with scenes

Hi,
I've been using scenes lots with good results. I've always clicked on
'save as new style' when the pop up box appears, until today when I
ticked the 'I'll manage scenes myself' box. This was a mistake as when
I transfer the scenes into layout, the section planes become visible
even thought they are hidden in the sketchup models.
Does anyone know how to revert back to the original settings?
Any help would be great.

I just had to do this myself...
Window > Preferences > General > Warn of style change...
