Congrats, Lewis.

Way to go lewis, a little scifi, a little vantage point of doom but overall a great concept be it a little strange.
Well executed and presented. -
Congratulations.

Just Damn! That's an interesting project, and a wonderful execution. Recluse that I am, I even like the location. It does have internet access though, right?

Congrats Lewis...on both the recognition and a very interesting project.

Congratulations Lewis!
Juan, I believe Lewis has shown this one here on the forum as I've seen it before.
-
could you post the link please?
thankyou -
dont work too much
thanks again -
-
Juan, for the life of me I don't remember where to start looking, most probably under the Gallery section. I'll see if I can find it though...
-
yes, i think i did have it a look then, though not too much time,
thankyou Juju.
I am sorry Lewis, did have to look it better, but i think i thought it was going to be like the other refuge. a place of nowhere living
and i think, and still keep thinking , that we still have to do something in the Real world.
so i thought your art was leading me to nowhere.
that is why i passed it. Sort of reserving it for the final track , never ever wanted.now that you have been recognised i get the feeling that it maybe we are going to start building your refuges.
-
Wow, great job Lewis! I love the views you represented.
-
congrats Lewis!
-
Great Job Lewis. A mind like yours deserves to be on display. Thanks for allowing us to peek inside and have a look at what type of architecture fills your imagination.

Thanks, everyone. I'm sorry, I hadn't checked the SCF bulletin board for a while, and didn't see this thread. As Julian noted, I did post a version of this "project", practically identical to the one in the article, in the gallery forum a while back:
http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/viewtopic.php?f=81&t=11391
I didn't find out I was "published" until Friday afternoon, incidentally. The editor of the newsletter explained to me, when I asked her why I wasn't notified, that "They wanted to surprise me."
