3 Inch Cube - From 0.22 in. Thick Foam
-
Hello,
Here's a tutorial I made that is for "total newbs" . . . we made these cubes (as posted previously on another SCF forum) out of 0.22 inch thick pink foam insulation. When finished properly, the cube measures 3 x 3 x 3.
We make the foam cube, then follow up with the SkechUp cube. It's only the third full day of class this semester - eventually, they'll get it.
I still have no idea where to post full size videos and I'm puzzled that Camtasia chopped off the last part of this video where I move the sides in place and copy to finish the cube. User error, I'm sure.
Hope this helps someone.
Happy Sketching,
Brad

. . . here's the revised version . . . same as original but now finished, showing how to move & copy the parts so the assembly is completed . . .

Hope this is helpful to someone.
