Dude, your tv stand is exactly what I have been looking for. We bought a new tv recently and I had to get rid of our old ent. ctr as the hole was too small.

Nice work. Now which page of the catalog are they on? πŸ˜‰

Eric, asking me which page of the IKEA catalogue they're on is the best compliment you could have given me!
BTW, I thought I'd try to get in touch with IKEA to try and interest them in my designs but I just keep getting an internet run-around. It's almost as though they're not interested in talking to anyone. Strange. You'd think they'd welcome new ideas.
Anyway, I'm glad you like the pieces.

Very nice work, sir. I also like your designs. I was going to show my woodworking project from the weekend but I guess I won't now. It would just be in the dark shadows behind the gleam of your work. πŸ˜‰

            But I used a matt finish πŸ˜•

Anyway, I'd love to see your work.

Yours is blindingly brilliant compared to my weekend project. All I did was make a sort of backboard to stand up on my cheap flat pack computer desk so I could mount my new giant monitor on it. Nothing special. When I get a chance to build something good, I'll post pictures. in the meantime I'll show you a couple of my past projects. You might have seen them already though.

Dave, I am sure you had the most fun creating that first one. And I am not talking about the cradle πŸ˜„

                Nice stuff. Cool.

Maybe but the others took much longer. πŸ˜„

                  Thank you.

Gidon, I didn't mean to hijack your thread. 😳

Cool stuff, Dave, and beautifully made.
I thought I'd attach a skippy illustrating the construction method I used for all these pieces.

                    So here it is:

                      Thank you Gidon.

That's a very good illustration. It looks like your construction methods make for fast work. Good on you.
