Sketchup gets slow

When I am working on my new PC (vista 64bit | 4GB Intel | 9650extreme | 9800XXX M680) and I am using the draw tools like the line tool and rectangle etc. sketchup is becoming very slow.. (than its hard to change the camera position or letting my line tool snap at a corner of a face. It all takes very long) I never had this problem whit my old PC.
Can someone help me whit this... It is bugging me becoulse I bought this PC so that I can run SU smoothly.

Please, try this "test": go to (menu) Window > Preferences > OpenGL and uncheck hardware acceleration. If the performance is improved, it means that you should find a video driver (i.e. updaet your driver) so that your system can handle OpenGL better.
This is a common issue with drivers and Vista and I only hope you can find a driver that solves your problem. If not, kee4p HA off until you find one.
