How to make a hole-passage in a curved surface

I need Help!
I have to make a hole in curved surface, the hole will be my passage, with an arc on top. Dunno how to make it because the surface is not straight but, as I said, it's curved.Thanx for the attention!!!

Hi Remus, hi folks.

Here is a trick I was once given on the old SU forum: When you save a multi scenes file, save it with the scene that you want to be active when you next open the file. Usually this will be the first scene. Otherwise, you give the punch by showing the final scene when the file opens.

Just ideas.
