Pc to mac

Are Sketchup files created on PC transferable to Mac?
Any loss of materials, etc?
Any problems?
Thanks,
Glenn -
As far as I know they are, I sometimes use my Mac for SU work (when I need to torture myself) and import .skp's from my PC without any loss.

I know I go the other way from Mac to PC all the time, because I have photoshop on the PC, and I get exactly what is sent or in my case pulled off the server. I haven't found any issues.

If i remeber correctly there is/was a very specific issue with mappings textures; although as i said it is very specific, so much so that i cant remember exactly what it entails
i think your unlikely to come across it though. -
Thanks for the info, I'm bidding on a project and my client has a mac.
Thanks again,

I got some trouble with texture mapping using maxwell. The pathes are different so it was not found. If solo has some suggestions?
Otherwise I have not real problems with standarts. -
I transfer/share skp's from Pc to Mac and vice versa quite a bit. I don't really recall ever having any significant problems.

yeah me too, apart from sketchup running really slowly on my mac, but that's just because it's rubbish.

I swap files between PC and Mac all the time, and I have seen no problems so far.
