Disapearing Scroll Function

Hello,
This one might sound odd but, for some reason my ability to scroll when trying to select a material or component has vanished. The scroll bar is still present and movable but it has no effect on the contents of the box. I am able to scroll by moving the scroll bar then selecting an item toward the bottom of the window. As you might guess this is a productivity drain not to mention real pain in the ass.

Can you post some screen shots?

I cured the problem. I was running some new/old desktop software that interfered with the side scroll bar. All is well. Thanks
