Roller mouse for orbit tool: mac comp

Hello,
I am in need of some help configuring my roller mouse to use the orbit tool on my mac computer.
I am now using a mac and have downloaded sketchup to use, but I cannot use my roller mouse to orbit like I could with the pc. I have gone on forums and they suggest to change the mouse settings- but with a mac- you can only change the settings for the left and right click.
Not sure what to do, as I need it for work. Can anyone help?

I had the same problem with my iMac and migthy mouse out of the box.
If I remember correctly, I configured my mouse middle button as button number 3.
Just ideas.
