For all you car types out there

... anyone noticed that guy talks out of his you know what?
-
The car people, your meant to be looking at the car!
-
Fair enough. It's hideous. Looks like a giant backpack. Yuck! That said, what do I know, I haven't even got a driver's license.

This could be good it gives lots of ideas
Hey this could come close to car morph, if you want ur little sports car to look like a supercharged lamborghini gallardo with a press of a button. Personally i like how they are thinking -
I personally love it. There's a lot to question about it but I think it's a unique point of view and challenges the way we think of designing cars. Sometimes new design concepts take time to become a part of the artistic norm. They can be striking and offensive yet, we learn to love them. This is a concept car that's meant to push the way we think. I'm a fan of Bangle's flame surfacing and I love BMW's in general, having owned 3 so far. I believe that this concept car help Bangle develop the flame surface design 8 years ago (yes, it's that old and has been kept a secret for that long).

Its kind of nice to see this idea coming up again, it has a long history in micro/lightweight cars going way back. One of my classmates did a very similar proposal to this for his senior thesis at ACCD in 1992. I like the idea, some of the views of the car are a bit bizarre, in particular the view of the hood from above with the engine poking through the opening has a distinct sexual connotation.

I was thinking more along the lines of the first Alien movie when John Hurt bought the farm.
I like the concept but don't think it will take hold. But then again I have been wrong many times before.

Strange stuff, so what would they call version 4? the four skin?

pshh! ive already seen it! this is kind of redundant, because all the car people would have already heard of it! there are entire magazines all full of car stuff. (i get three per month, im pretty informed)
still, i like it. mr bangle's "flame surfacing" desing method has alwas been a love-hate kind of thing, but i always thought it looked cool.
