      i found several post regarding creating a TIN model, does anybody know what is TIN model and how can i create one?

          TIN stands for Triangulated Irregular Network; 3D description of a surface using triangular polygons. There is good description here:

          To make it, just put diagonal line on quad surface. Than the apex away from this diagonal line can be moved out of plane.

              If youve got the subd and smooth plugin, you can get a similar effect (a model that is very triangulated) simply using the subdivide feature a few times.
