No need for apologies pav, i think i really understand you, here is my "baby", a 1947 CJ2A, he was former truck tower, the mechanics are done, all i need now is to save some money for the painting and the final touches.

cause everyone knows that im a critic, here is my opinion:
i personaly dont like the whole "tuner" thing. but thats just me. you guys go ahead and enjoy yourselves. but i do think that pav's car is kind of tasteful in its presentation. no sponsorships and grafix covering every square centimeter of the paint job, the front bumper doesnt scrape the ground, no 50 inch wheels that are so big you can barely turn the car, ect. Pav's car is short, sweet and to the point. reasonably sized rims, a tasteful paint job (good color combo by the way) and by the looks of it, high enough so that it can go over speed bumps.
                good job!

The genius switch has no "off" position

                  good job!

hate to break it to you igor, but the front bumber does touch the floor...in fact so does the rear. i have fitted air suspension though, so i just have to lift the car at a speed bumps. he he.

marked001 loving that, it's very nice and by the looks of things fast too (though my car isn't exactly slow he he)

Elysium, very very nice indeed! this car is (if i'm honest) only really my daily drive so will never be amazing. the real money gets spent on my 1963 beetle. (still a shell but is undergoing a full body of resto)
just building the engine for it at the moment, tis gonna be sweet! (see shell below)

thanks for all the comments everyone!

without giving away too much, lets just say i have made some wise investments, and a little saving obvioulsly.

plus it does help that i'm doing 90% of it all myself, and the rest with help from my friend who is a professional car customiser.
