    Dear All,

I have suddenly started getting this error message "Access 0.skb Denied", which means that Sketchup cannot make a backup copy. I am using a centrally managed system (University), but also have administrative rights. It is possible that the last batch of Windows XP upgrades screwed something up, but the IT Manager is now away until Monday morning and so I cannot ask him.

    Any ideas anyone?

    Regards,
    Bob

I have had this happen until I saved the file with a name. If it is still default "untitled" I found I got this error. Other than that I never got it again.

Just fixed the problem. I logged out of the managed network and then logged back in locally as an administrator. I reset the Permissions on the Google Sketchup folder and that has solved the problem. One nice big fat backup file.

        Bloody Windows!!!

        Regards,
        Bob
