Having fun with 'subdivide and smooth', here are curtains made in SU in less than 5 minutes.
      I just love this plugin.

Textures left off, just apply a texture with editor as surfaces are projected already.

Lol, was hoping it would sneak by without notice.

Here is a render, Chris (kwistenbiebel) on another thread enquired as to how these draping meshes render, perfectly fine actually.

Before and after, just an image to show how simple the process is.

                      Is that a projected texture?

                      Happy Birthday!

                        Dear Solo,

Your curtains have decided me to download whaat's Subdivide and Smooth from Smustard.
Unfortunatly, it has come without any UserGuide >gasp! i am searching for it for a pair of hours and havn't found. I'm looking on some videos, but it's not enough. Do you kown if exists one and where?

Too late for the "happy birthday", but with my friendship, simon.

Simon, if you check out the subdivide and smooth forum (in the external applications area) you'll probably find some useful info. Theres also whaat's tutorial videos on youtube which are very good.

                            Dear Remus,

i have watched carefully those videos you tell me about:

                            Subdivide and Smooth Tutorial Part1
                            Subdivide and Smooth Tutorial Part2

                            And:
                            SCREENCAST.COM SubD2_Chair
                            SCREENCAST.COM Pilow

Ok, i have understood the overall functioning, but i must tell that i "rest on my hunger" (french expression). We would really need need at least a reference quickcard to exploit Subdivide and Smooth finely.
