Shade study

Is this it? It's called shadowsequence.rb

Jim,
I not sure, it's been so long and I'm getting old. But I thought there was a ruby that set up pages for each hour of the day sort of like a time photography. I could be mistaken.
Thanks.
Btw how does the time ruby work? I click on it but did not notice any change.

Sorry Edson, I mean to get back to this earlier. It's a little complicated to download, so I am working on putting together a download. I still haven't been able to get it to work myself.
You need to click the Source tab, then the Browse tab. Then look in the trunk/shadowsequence folder file the files to download. Then there another trick to getting the Ruby - click on View Raw File, then save the page. For the HTML, you can just right-click and save it.
Then move both files to your plugins folder and start debugging.
Update: Ok, now I've got it running, but it requires you have the ImageMagick executables installed on your system.

I'm actually working on a SunStudy plugin right now. Trying to get the dialog working and looking the way I want it to.
-
I got the plugin to work with only minor changes. You need install ImageMacgick, and then tell the script where ImageMagick is installed. Here's a shot of it's interface.

Hi all
I am in dire need of this shadow_sequence plugin. Could anyone tell me from where to download it and how to install it and how to run it?Regards

Me too I'm in need for such a plugin to automate the work.
I recently used SU to make a shadow study and I must confess that this is a tedious task without a ruby script.
So, thanks RickW and Jim for your interest in this matter!
Hopefully we'll soon have a script to put to workDan Stanciu
