This was one of the first threads I browsed when I first arrived and I'll be honest... I was intimidated.

The style and design are superb!

It was also one of several creations here that has motivated me to learn SketchUp.

good work. Sketchup is the way to go when aiming for correct abstraction. By this I mean
viewers get a chance to muse about materials and such. The resulting dialog I find to be richer than taking the shortcut called photorealism.

you should be interested in the future. you will spend the rest of your life there

Nice renders Jason ...oh ...err they are photos. πŸ˜„
One never can be sure as you use Maxwell right?

I like the B&W images on the first page.
Any chance you will make them into Maxwell renders some time? Looks like a real challenge now you have the real photos.

Too bad not a lot remained in the final outcome. Your design setup was pretty cool and techy πŸ˜‰

BTW, Are those formfonts people you used?

ok...here are some photos finally.... i think, ultimately after so many back and forths..the only design idea of mine that remained was that angled glass wall at the call screeners..haha..and the monitor/mic layout... i did document and detail the space as well.. here are the pics..

YO MAN ! GREAT RENDER ! WHAT THE RENDERER THAT YOU USE ?

happiness on the way, not in the destination.

haha..these are most definitley actual real photos..lol.. i wish i could produce work like this! and i wish i had time to play with these and try to get something close..i dont know how you guys have so much time to play! i guess i'm slow..haha..truth be told, this model is gone forever b/c my hard drive crashed soon after and i did not back it up in time πŸ˜•

those are formfonts people with a translucent texture..

definitely happy with the space though.. except for the pattern on the perforated panels.. they like it though..sooo..

                  Jason,

Nice to see the final product. I have to say your design shines through in the actual photos. The sign of a good design is how much is actually taken piece for piece in the actual build.

                  Great work as usual.

                  Scott

I had to double take on those images, my jaw dropped! For an instance I thought what amazing textures and rendering.
Nice to see how it turned out, good work πŸ‘
