Must have the capability to push / Pull / Edit the things on curved surfaces.

Theres already a ruby that can do this, http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/viewtopic.php?f=153&t=6453 might be of use.
p.s. you can sort of push pull curved surfaces by hand by turning on hidden geometry and push/pulling the individual faces, although you do then need to stitch the together.
