I usually use Firefox (2.0.0.7 now) but have IE7, Opera, Netscape and Safari for Windows also installed on my computer.
There are some websites that simply do not work in other than IE (lazy or careful? scripting).
Also (though I'm not a great web developer) I usually test the websites I create in all these major browsers to make sure they all work well. -
