Bill Gates boat

This week-end I went on the normandish coast at Saint Malo.
I saw a boat of Bill Gates : 71m long, 13.50m wide, about 30 bedrooms... Nice boat.Surprise, the boat is registered in the Caiman island; very funny for a person who tracks people who copy Windows or Word without paying duties. Himself is not paying US taxes...!!!

That boat was here over summer so Bill could go Marlin fishing off the Great Barrier Reef. I understand it carries a crew of 17.
yeah - the Camen Island registration is interesting
here's another vessel like it. I noticed it becasue of the inbuilt recording studio.

just because something is registered in another country doesn't mean you don't have to pay for it, or taxes on it...
are we sure he does this to skip some duty? or is that an assumption?
