Camtasia Studio works a charm. Not free, but you can download a 30 day demo.
Just capture the video playing, then produce the captured recording as an MP3 to extract just the soundtrack.

Copy and paste url and it extracts the mp3.
I attached it.

Download Helper for Firefox will allow you to download the MP3 or 4, or the whole thing from youtube.

Free, but to convert it to MP3 from .FLV you'll need to pay.
Easy youtube donwloader will do it as well, but you need to view the video on the youtube site to use it.
